2012 marks EASL's 20th year anniversary and plans are underway to make Art Heist 2012 the best yet! The event takes place at the Botanical Research Institute of Texas's new home at 1700 University Drive in Fort Worth on Saturday April 28. Since BRIT is all about being green our theme is:
eARThly delights
We are asking outstanding regional artists like you to be "An Accomplice" and contribute a small work of art (under 14 inches please, space is limited!) with a minimum value of $250 relating to our nature inspired theme. Your optional digital image (jpg file) may be sized between 1MB to 3MB with at least 1000 pixels in either direction.
Be an Accomplice...
We are looking for a minimum of 200 artist "Accomplices!" Please make a commitment now to donate to this exciting event by March 31, 2012. The registration system can only assign one artist to an email address. So, if you ordinarily share an email address with another artist who would also like to donate to the Heist, one of you will need to use a different email address.

Art Heist is...
Art Heist is EASL's bi-annual fundraiser alternating between Dallas and Fort Worth locations with all net proceeds supporting the EASL Fund.
Art Heist presents a twist on the art auction format. "Smuggler" and "Thief" tickets are pre-sold, admit two and entitle the ticket-holder to one work of art selected during the event under time and accessibility constraints. While the Heist is underway, a diversion party will be going on with the usual EASL suspects: cocktails, delectable eats, music, and fun! Lower priced tickets are available for "Witnesses" and our donating artists, "Accomplices", receive one complimentary admission.

April 23-27 - Preview of 2D works at BRIT during regular hours

Art Heist 2012 Ticket Levels:
Smuggler - $500 (admits two to event, first round of drawing for heisting, one raffle ticket, and one piece of art)
Thief - $250 (admits two to event, second round of drawing for heisting and one piece of art)
Witness - $50 (admits one)
